Are the workers insured?
Workers have WCB. Our company has a $5 million liability insurance.
How do I get a line of credit?
You fill out a line of credit application form, and then we work with our lenders to approve your line of credit.
You can use your line of credit to pay for the workers and better manage your cashflow.
Can I use your app to post jobs?
Yes, you can. We give account access to our regular clients for full access. We are happy to post the job for you – click on “Find a worker” or give us a call at (604) 706-1996
How does your app track time?
As soon as the worker steps on to the job site, the app automatically logs the worker’s arrival. You can also set it so the app notifies you if they are late.
The app also automatically stops time tracking time when they step away from the job site, let’s say for lunch.
At the end of the day, you confirm or adjust the number of horus they’ve worked. You can give the worker a star rating for the shift.
Once you confirm the hours, our system automatically runs the payroll for the worker and sends money to their wallet. They can then use the money in their wallet to send an e-transfer to themselves, direct deposit to their bank account, or have them or their family pick up cash from hundreds of locations in Canada, the US, or Mexico.
Pay is generally daily, unless weekly makes more sense.
